Located in a neighbourhood that is central to all Edmonton activities. With access to the kitchen, laundry and two bathrooms. 10 mins from downtown, 5 mins from Whyte Ave, 15 mins from West Edmonton Mall and 20 mins to the airport.
The space
This is a private room located on the main floor with keys to lock your room door and open the front door. The house has 5 other private rooms available for booking on Airbnb. The room is furnished with a double bed and a door closet. It also boasts a dresser, side night table, a desk and chair. Along with a wall mounted 42" LED flatscreen TV that has Netflix and a Roku streaming box. Towels are provided in your room and there is a washroom on the floor that is shared with 2 other rooms..
Guest access
Guests will have access to plenty of street parking, a laundry room with a washer and dryer(detergent supplied), high speed wireless internet and the front and backyard which has three different areas in the for relaxation.
