All aspects of our stay were effortless. The location makes it easy to get around in Providence. The onsite restaurant is good and the staff were all lovely. My daughter lived the indoor pool. Overall, it’s a great location.

"My stay at Graduate Providence was extremely disappointing and not at all worth the high price.
The room was poorly designed and lacked basic functionality. There were no outlets in the bathroom, making it impossible to blow dry your hair in front of a mirror, and almost no accessible outlets in the room itself—I had to unplug lamps or the TV just to use my computer at the desk.
The bathroom was also uncomfortably small and felt cramped.
Service only made things worse. When I asked for glasses, I was told they couldn’t provide any—despite the hotel having an attached restaurant. On departure, I was stuck in the parking garage because my barcode wouldn’t scan. I called for help, was left on hold, and then completely forgotten.
For the price, this experience was unacceptable. I would strongly discourage others from staying here"
