We have stayed here a couple times and we love it. The hotel rooms are very unique. Our first stay our balcony overlooked the indoor pool which we had never seen before. This last stay was just to get away to relax and do some shopping. We loved that our sliding glass door went right into the lobby area. Dinner and drinks as well as breakfast the next morning were just a few steps from our slider. Our room was very nice and beds were comfortable. We couldn't hear any noise from the lobby. I don't normally like hotel food but the food was delicious. Our bartender on 12/5/25 was wonderful. We enjoyed our conversations with him. He is a great bartender and person. He made us feel very welcome. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to keep the pool area warmer. It was quite chilly when we got in and out of the pool. Bring a bathrobe with you if you plan on taking advantage of rhe heated pool in winter. We look forward to going back again

The room was definitely not the cleanest room I’ve been in, spots on the sheets, hair in the bathroom.. the comforter was just in between 2 flat sheets and they clearly don't wash the comforter so that was gross. The heater didn’t work so it was blowing AC on us all night and we woke up freezing. There was also a lot of dust and potentially mold in the unit, everyone woke up with a sore throat the next day. Location was fine for Gilette but everything else was pretty scary. Stains on the walls in the hallway, paint and wallpaper cracking on the ceiling and walls…

Booked a king suite and the Smart tv had a broken buttons on the remote and couldn't connect to the wifi. The heating vents were squeaking. I had to move rooms once to only end up in another king suite that just had a universal remote so I couldn't even access the smart tv apps. Toilet seat was broken and water tank would leaking whenever you flushed it. Maintenance did respond to fix those issues really quickly though.

A few things the security latch on the door was broken, and it doesnt seem to be a recent issue. There was left over underwear in the corner of the bathroom. Lastly the ice machine doesnt work on the first floor The front staff however was very polite and professional.

We were unable to check in early. Fair enough. We then wanted to go to the restaurant/bar/lounge that was advertised, on site. It wasn't open for the day we were there. Check on Maps and it opens on Fridays. We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant on site. The front desk person was not very friendly. Our "accessible" room was 325 steps from the front desk and it would've been nice if we had been directed to drive to the 4th door down to unload our luggage instead of schlepping it that distance. The hallways were musty smelling, our room had an odor of cigarette smell in it, hence the air purifier plugged in. Ver little lighting in the bathroom. We noticed blood on the sheets and pillowcase when we went to turn in. Dried blood, not washed blood. Disgusting. Front desk was notified at 9:45pm, unapologetic, told us we could relocate, which was not an option at that time of night, or he'd try to find someone who could remake the bed. I got rid of the sheets/case, we went to sleep. At 11:15pm we got a call wondering if anyone had changed the bed for us. No. No apologies then or at check-out. Not even a "Thank you for staying with us" at check-out. I would not ever recommend this place. False advertising on Hotels.com regarding restaurant/bar/lounge on site and breakfast. Not friendly or welcoming. The desk clerk was more interested in stuffing her face than waiting on customers. Obviously, the bed was never changed from the previous guest. Absolutely disgusting!!

Here’s a cleaner and more coherent rewrite: --- I booked two rooms, and neither had hot water. In one of them, the shower didn’t work at all. When I reported the issue, I was told there was no technician available. They offered to move us to rooms that were quite far from ours, but we were traveling with five people, including a 77-year-old grandmother and a 6-year-old child, and we had to head to the airport soon to catch our flight. It was a stressful situation. I requested a partial refund, but they refused. Later, around noon, the manager called to ask whether we had checked out—even though we had already left the rooms around 8 AM and returned the keys. He was already aware of the problems because Hotels.com had contacted him, yet he didn’t acknowledge any of the issues we experienced. In my opinion, if you don’t encounter any problems, your stay will probably be fine. But if something goes wrong… well, they’re terrible at handling it.

The room had hair in the beds and on the pillows. There was a used condom under the bed. The window did not lock and was drafty. At 3am I had to bring a child out to their mom picking them up for an emergency, the front desk had rap music playing at the desk and playing outside, the “N” word was being said quite loudly. There’s mold in the bathroom….. no microwave, the toilet is toddler sized….. I could go on and on, but room 123 sucked
