Looking for a stylish and comfy place to stay while visiting Erie? You have found the spot. All four bedrooms have cooling gel memory foam mattresses, including both king beds. There are two 55-inch TVs, charging stations and wall hooks throughout, and a stocked kitchen ready for your next gourmet meal. All this and you are only a short walk to Avanti's Diner, Pressed Coffee, and Frontier Park. And, only a 5 min drive to Presque Isle, the Bayfront Convention Center, Waldameer, UPMC, and more.

Our home is designed to make your stay in Erie as stress-free as possible so you can have a fun and memorable trip. Our home includes:

- 4 bedrooms (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed - 2nd Floor) (1 King bed - 3rd Floor)

- For liability reasons, we can only allow the number of guests confirmed in the reservation on the property at any time during your stay (maximum 8 guests).

- Quiet hours are between 11pm-9am.

- For everyone's safety, there are two security cameras on the outside of the house. Any tinkering or manipulating of these cameras will cause your trip to be canceled immediately and without a refund.

- On Sundays, our property manager pulls the outdoor trash bins for the weekly trash collection service. He will return the outdoor trash bins to the backyard on Mondays.

Great place! This house is in a great location to get to downtown Erie, the Penninsula and plenty of restaurants and shops. It was just my friend and me for a couple of days and the house was more than perfect. There are four bedrooms and two with new king beds. It’s rare to find a rental with king beds! The place is decorated well, good appliances, comfortable seating and clean. Also equipped with supplies such as shampoo, body wash, paper towels and toilet paper, big fluffy towels and even a black make up towel! Easy entry, communication with Sarah was also easy!

We book this area for a stay with my daughter for competition cheer. Our coach hashad 20 years of coaching and never seen them cancel. So when we booked and didn’t get the insurance . They ended up in a state of emergency. I contacted Expedia and the host to see if we were able to switch the date for the next day. I put in many phone calls and several emails that went back-and-forth. I was told several different things by several different people. I was in contact with the host and she did not want to refund us or switch our dates for another time, even though everybody was getting refunded because of the condition. We called her 3 times and she would only email. I am now waiting for a callback because I purchased under a buyers assurance tab. I asked them about extenuating circumstances and they told me that the state had to approve that but he had no idea if they contacted the state or vice versa. The Expedia customer service representative told me it was common sense to know if they could see if the host had availability or not. How am I to know that they are not able to see when I host the properties calendar is available. I would assume that they could, but apparently I lack the common sense to know that they cannot. They escalated our claim several times but now we’re a part of a different team that was supposed to contact us immediately and it has been over a day & we haven’t heard anything so I guess I still might be out

Awesome fall week-long trip

Awesome host. Especially loved the binder with detailed info about area with reviews. Great communication, clean and pleasant home in a safe neighborhood. Easy walks to breakfast/lunch cafe. Great for multigenerational families with small kids!

Great place in the city, close to everything! Clean, well decorated, 4 sizable rooms. This will be our go to VRBO when visiting Erie, and as a Gannon alumni with a best friend in Erie, we plan on returning. It’s a short walk to a playground for kids near a great park. And 8th street has turned into a cute shopping scene, and that is walking distance!

Wonderful stay in clean, comfy property!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay while visiting the area with neighbors. This home looks exactly like the pictures- clean, beautifully decorated and all the amenities you need! The beds are extremely comfortable. Loved how Sarah checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. Excellent communication! Highly recommend.

Close to the beach

It is hard to find a great rental for a party of 8 close to Presque Isle and Waldameer Park. This house was perfect. Checkin was quick, parking directions to the back of the house were easy to follow and it was close to everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. A perfect choice for our 5 day getaway.

Quality stay in Erie

Great host! Enjoyed the home and the decor and the beds were nice. Close to a lot of activities some walkable some drivable. Love the private parking in the back. Please be aware it’s across the street from a school with bright lights on at night and across the street from a fire station and on a somewhat busy road. If you are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs and your eye covers. That being said, I slept very well and enjoyed my stay.

Family vacation

We originally chose Erie to spend time on the beach at presque isle. However this house was so close to so much more to keep us and our kiddos entertained and busy! Within walking distance was great coffee and books at Pressed, amazing chocolate and ice cream at Romolo’s, and lots of trails and nature at the arboretum, plus great breakfast at Avanti’s just a block away. The house was beautiful and very clean. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. Our kids loved having a king size bed. They decided to share a room and have their first sleep over all week 😂 Our host was extremely easy to get ahold of and very helpful. We accidentally left our baby monitor camera behind. They found it when cleaning but we had already left town so she graciously offered to mail it to us. I would recommend this house to friends and family and would stay there again myself

Clean, cozy and convenient

My SIL and I stayed in this little gem for just one night during a quick trip to Erie's Warner Theatre and Presque Isle. The house was easy to find, clean and well appointed and offered more than enough space for the two of us. Off-street parking in the rear of the house was a plus, and the host provided detailed directions to the pad. We really appreciated the host's suggestions for local drinks, dining, and desserts, as well as the sound machines in the bedrooms to help mute street sounds through the night. Communication from the host was friendly and prompt and made the entire process a breeze from booking to check-out.
