Room was filthy. Floor looked like it was turning black and the bathroom was unmopped. Beds were wrinkled. Breakfast was good but apparently when guests check in at night, letting other guests sleep is not an option.

The staff was very nice and responsive when we asked for something. The breakfast room was large and modernized with a continental breakfast with carb only options. Our room was mostly clean if you didn't look too close but some things were broken and in need of updating. If you need a budget friendly motel, this is a good option.

The floor in our room was filthy, we went and bought a mop to mop our floor. There was garbage on the floor in our bathroom. There was no light in the bathroom. The tub didn't drain. We went and bought a plunger. The place was very noisy.

Isolated Incident?

We have stayed with Comfort Inn many times. This hotel had so many issues we left after 15 minutes! The door was stuck, when we finally got in it smelled of mildew and mold, thought I was going to pull the curtains down trying to close them, the bathroom floor was filthy, the light switch didn't work, there was mold on the box springs, the deadbolt wouldn't turn, and the door would not latch! When I went to the lobby to explain, he only said you need to contact hotels.com for a refund, as if he was not surprised at our dissatisfaction. I truly wondered if it was a pay by the hour! We would try Comfort Inn again, as we feel this was an isolated incident. Wishing I had taken pictures!

The room was filfthy sheets were nasty burns all over them blood stains the sink was clogged yhe heater disnt work the floors were filthy and the topper was i woke up to a bed bug! Crack hotel for sure they painted the outside and the inside is falling apart!

Didn’t like anything. Hard to find, no signage lit up. Check in staff dressed terribly & could not locate our reservation. First room we had was unsafe, noisy & decor not nice. Second room we got was not much better. We did not stay for our second night. Nobody manning the counter at checkout & waited long time. Hotel in general not in good condition . Would not recommend.

This hotel should be removed from Hotels.com

This was the worse hotel I’ve booked on Hotels.com. The first room, which was non-smoking reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room had holes in the wall and remnants of bed bugs. The door lock was halfway on and provided no sense of security. Other rooms looked just as disgusting, with one having broken glass, needless to say we got out of there first thing in the morning and only used this for sleeping.

This place feels dirty and unsafe. It's nothing like the pictures. This is an old Motel 6 and it doesn't appear to be updated. Piles of garbage bags in the main walk ways. Room floor looked clean, red stains on the chairs and linen had holes in them. The wife wasn't happy. If this was a $40 per night Motel 6 then its perfect, but I paid over triple that. We did not stay there, we were on the property for less then 45min. They will not give us a refund, per their policy. Expedia should do better at taking care of their customers. This place is really bad and sketchy. Parking lot was in bad condition, and it didn't appear that they were making updates to the property.

room was okay. outside of hotel was filthy, even saw feces on walkway. room keys stopped working on second day. Internet shows heated pool, was not heated. Ice machines were out of order. -
