Bon petit motel pour passer la nuit chambre propre et spacieuse. Bon accueil, par contre pas de petit déjeuner comme indiqué sur le site

Steelhead Inn is a hangout for riff raff. Super sketchy people everywhere. We had to leave in the middle of the night due to loud guests next to us. I felt really unsafe. Room was dirty. No toilet paper. Drug and alcohol abuse everywhere to be seen. Perminant residents here, living like the place is a drug house. An absolute horrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Was definitely a decent place to stay. You do get what you pay for though. Walls are pretty thin, so you might hear the people next to you. The bed wasnt uncomfortable but definitely worn out. The bathroom is very small but clean. We did have to go ask for toliet paper, as there was none left in the room. Overall, not a terrible place to spend a night, not sure if I would stay longer though.

very cute last minute booking. love the fishing theme, the neighbors were very polite & kept to their business. Didn't have time to try the pool but it looked nice!

Weird smell in room. There was supposed to be breakfast; the first day it opened 10min late, the next day it didn't open at all (it was a holiday, but there was no mentioning on this neither on the door nor at check-in).

We walked into our room at 10 pm, number 17 two weekends ago, and walked into, no less, than 100 sewer flies all over the room. Called the front desk and waited 30 minutes for maintenance to tell us that ‘yeah he knew that there was a problem, but don’t know what’ My husband said right away ‘there’s no P-trap in the shower’. We requested sheets and pillowcases because there were flies all over the bed . We went in in office in the morning, asked to see the manager, and the girl said that she was out of town. I said we would like to request a partial refund. This is unacceptable, gross, I could barely sleep and didn’t take a shower, and the girl said “well if you need to take a shower, I can put you in another room to do that’. I said ‘we’re checking out today as planned’. Never heard from the manager and when our travel agent called, they said Steelhead denied any refund at all saying that I was offered another place to stay and declined it. The girl flat out lied and yet still haven’t heard from the owner. We have been staying there for years and deserve better than this as a customer.

This motel was very clean, especially the bathroom. The beds were not comfy, pillows were lacking, and the wiring for the coffee maker/microwave was sketchy. Also, the TV remote didn't work and had to be replaced. Then, the TV just shut off and wouldn't come back on as we were getting ready to leave.

Formal Request for Full Refund Due to Uninhabitable Conditions – July 12 Stay To Steelhead Inn Management, I am writing to formally request a full refund for my stay at your property on July 12, 2024, which I booked through Hotels.com. The conditions of the room and the experience I endured with my family were unacceptable, especially under the circumstances we were facing. That evening, I had just left the emergency room after my husband was treated for heat exhaustion. I was alone with him and our two young children, trying to find a safe place to rest after a chaotic and frightening day. What I found at Steelhead Inn was the opposite of safe, clean, or acceptable. The issues included: ‱ A broken television, for which you sent a maintenance worker to our room after 10 PM, further disrupting our already stressed and exhausted family. ‱ A shower so full of bugs it could not drain, making it impossible for anyone to bathe. The infestation was deeply unsanitary and disturbing. ‱ We were forced to pack up and move rooms late at night — an unreasonable and distressing situation with two small children. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was a nightmare stay after a medical emergency, and it failed to provide even the most basic standard of hospitality and hygiene. No family should have to endure what we did. I am requesting a full refund of returned to my original form of payment, within 7 business days. If I do not receive confirmation of this refu

Very rundown.

I’ve seen cheap hotels before, but usually they are making some effort to improve. This hotel seems like it gave up on that long ago. Instead of just having one thing wrong with the room, there were several. Bugs everywhere, a bent door that doesn’t seal, a wet floor from overflowing toilet, a bed that is caved in in the middle. A TV that doesn’t work. An air conditioner with all of the knobs broke off. A toilet that doesn’t completely flush and just all around outdated.

Check-In was easy and fast but other than that it was a very bad experience. Room was very small. Bathroom is almost claustrophobic neighbors screamed and yelled all night long fighting. I had no TV waited up till 3:00 a.m. for somebody to come and fix it and they never came
