The staff at the front desk, bar, and breakfast were all welcoming, accommodating, personable, and friendly. The hotel is very spacious, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable to spend time in, quiet, and thoughtful with their amenities, couches, and desk/work areas. Shopping is only 2 miles away. I wish the hot tub was available but the pool was relaxing. My hotel room was very clean. Loved having a desk, couch, comforter, soft pillows, and plenty of space in my room. I could easily enjoy multiple nights here if I needed it.

Room very clean! Good water pressure! Quiet! The bartenders made delicious drinks! Delicious fries, burgers, large soft pretzel delightful to nibble on with two good dipping sauces! So close to Hollywood Casino! Lots to do in this area!

Dog was going crazy in lobby at 4:30 am never was able to go back to sleep desk guy could have cared less when I told him girls were great

Staff was very friendly let me check in 2 hours early. Room was ok bathroom could use a lot of TLC. Buffet was included in price of my room it was ok nothing special. Only complaint I had was came back to hotel it was at 9:30 pm and there was two shady characters along side of building on sidewalk in the dark smoking pot.

Check-in took too long. Another customer was complaining about room not getting cleaned and was not helped to his satisfaction which caused a delay in my check-in, despite three people behind the counter. The public areas of the hotel are looking very worn. Accessing power plugs requires moving furniture.
