"Very comfortable short break in a well positioned spot for the best town and coastal experience. Staff were friendly and efficient - on site parking was somewhat limited but there is ample on road parking nearby. We will definitely stay here again."

"Fantastic large room with a great sea view, huge comfy bed and good shower. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice and the bar man made us some really good cocktails in the evening. On site parking was limited, but we expected that and there is plenty of seafront parking just a few yards in front of the hotel."

"This is a very good Guest House/Hotel. Bedroom was very clean and had a fridge and a microwave. Bed very comfortable (Memory foam). My wife had the included continental breakfast and I had the full English on both days, available for only £5 extra, it was the best breakfast I have had in quite a few years. The host could not be more helpful and friendly. We will return again, when we stay in Lytham St Anne's."
