Hôtel lobby was great. Room needs major fixing. Dings and scrapes in wall, balcony door not locking, closet door off hinges and broken, hair dryer rack ripped out of bathroom wall, etc etc. It seems like this room was very neglected.

"We had a great stay visiting for the weekend! We loved that we were so centrally located - in the heart of shopping & entertainment and also close to all major venues. The converted bank infrastructure of the lobby and surrounding areas was beautiful and having a cafe and restaurant/lounge right in the lobby was so convenient. Staff were always friendly and quick to help, loved that we could text back and forth during our stay for anything that we needed. Will definitely stay here again!"
