Relaxing in an Entire 5,400sf Beach View Home With Indoor Heated Swimming Pool.

Enjoying the recently remodeling luxury beach view home, 5,400sf home. You will enjoy the great beach view of this particular luxury home & breathing fresh air every morning.

Each room has a king bed to enjoy spacious & relaxing sleeping.

House rules:
1. Quiet hours required between 10pm to 8am.

2. No shoes in the house. All shoes are placed on the shoe rack.

3. Maximum 4 free cars parking only. 2 in the front of the garage, and 2 by the front entrance covered parking). No parking on drive way or neighborhood sharing drive way.

4. Please register full names of all guests staying. And please message host the list of all guests' first names after the booking such as
Guest 1: Self
Guest 2: James
Guest 3: Maria
Guest 4: TBD (if not sure) and etc...
Maximum 8 guests total including yourself ($50 charge/night/person after 5).

5. No outside guests visitors allowed unless permitted case by case from host. And no party or event allowed.

6. All who swim and or using the treadmill or exercise tools are required to sign a waived liability form before using them.

7. Outside guests are not allowed to enter the pool or using any excercise tools unless approved from host.

If house rules are not followed, 1st warning will be sent out, second warning will be notified to Airbnb Support and after the 2nd warning, the contract will be immediately terminated with no refund!

Friends reunion

We live nearby and needed extra beds when we couldn’t accommodate everyone in our home for a reunion. The house was very clean and comfortable for the four guys who ended up crashing there. Mr. Lee and Anna were very helpful walking us through upon check in and were very responsive via text whenever we had questions. We would definitely rent it again if we ever need extra space for guests again.

Beautiful Home!

Gorgeous home! Well maintained. Owners are extremely prompt in communicating. The ONLY thing I could say is that I wish there was outdoor furniture on the balcony where several people can sit comfortably and enjoy the spectacular view. There is one table with 4 metal stools. Not meant for relaxing. But that does not detract from the house at all!

Great Seattle Property with a view

We stayed at this great Federal Way Property with another family. The views were amazing. The house was well furnished. The Master Suite is superb. The teens enjoyed the pool table and indoor pool. Anna, the owner was super responsive. Highly recommend and if we are back in the Seattle area again we will look to rebook.

House was Hugh, clean, plenty of space. Cupboards labeled as were light switches to make identification so much easier. Host was responsive and simply awesome. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Will most certainly stay again.

Amazing Beautiful Home

First of all, I want to thank our wonderful host! Anna was very communicative, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable. Truly GOD sent! The home! Such a beautiful inside and out home. Very clean and organized. We had a big family and everyone kept raving and complimenting the home. The view is spectacular and to die for. Waking up surrounded by the views of water is something everyone should experience. My family and I made many great memories here and will forever be in our hearts. I would definitely book this property again and again. This home was perfect to entertain a big family. Indoor pool, games, big kitchen and living area. Lots of sleeping areas and bathroom! We are so happy we had the opportunity to find this gem. Thank you again Anna!

We rented the house for a family reunion, for a week. We found the house to be spacious, luxurious and immaculate. I should also add that the host was gracious and the sunsets over the sound were spectacular. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent the house again.

Incredible view of sunsets

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. Everything is top notch. Wonderful view from the balcony and living room. We played billiards, swam in the pool, cooked meals, and used the great location to get to all of our activities. Anna gave us a detailed walk through orientation and made herself readily available if we had any questions. At the same time, she left us alone. While not inexpensive, it was worth every penny and I highly recommend this property.

Perfect spot to relax for the weekend

This was the PERFECT place for two families to hang out and relax. The house is arranged perfectly for 8 of us to sleep comfortably. The neighborhood is beautiful. Anna was very responsive and helpful. We loved the pool table and the pool. It was amazing to be so close to Seattle but feel like we really got away.
