This is definitely a home away from home. The best place we stayed in throughout our quick Italy excursions. Just steps from the main attractions and spacious but homey. The best part is the staff.

Beautiful hotel, location and service

We had a great stay as a family here for a short trip to Florence in the summer. Communication was great both before the trip, helping to guide us to the hotel and give recommendations for parking and travelling into Florence, and during our stay, getting us checked in and advice on lots of restaurants close by and places to go see. The room was beautiful and clean. Would definitely go back here.

Lovely room and staff

Really great hotel and staff. We had to check in late because of train delays and the staff were so accommodating, despite the inconvenience to them, and made the whole process really straight-forward. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was lovely.

Extremely rude staff

Firstly, the hotel is very pretty with nice furnishings. But, apart from that it was not a pleasant stay and I would never go back. The rooms are tiny and extremely noisy. The breakfast is small and average and you have to walk a few blocks away. The staff is extremely rude, the parking is difficult and expensive. If you have a car, don't even bother. This place is so overpriced for what you get, especially with the extremely rude service.

Great location

The location is great. The room could use some updates. The toilet made weird sounds (assuming it’s the electric shredder as displayed on a sign). The breakfast is not worth the additional cost. It is all prepackaged items. Very small. Make sure you pay attention to the messages sent. I was told my reservation would be cancelled if I didn’t respond regarding when I plan to check in (this was part of a longer trip so there wasn’t a strict schedule).

Well first of all they moved us to another one of their b&b so we didn’t stay at one we booked the doors to get into lock was hard to open had to jiggle the door and lock to get open the door to our room was just as bad rushed to do check in and when told we wanted to stay at place week booked not the one they were putting us at they said sorry this is what you get

Best hotel I've stayed at

This place is a true gem. The people who manage this hotel and work here are so nice and helpful. I arrived after hours and they came back to check me in and get me settled. I got a map of the city with lots of great recommendations and shown around my room. The room is gorgeous. The bed was so comfortable. There was lots of space and so clean. The jet tub was amazing. Having a fridge with water and other drinks and snacks was lovely. I felt so pampered and yet it also felt like home. This place is in the perfect location in the heart of the city. You are a 5-15 minute walk away from most things. There are tons of shops and restaurants and gelato close by. 😊 I fell in love with your city and know I will be back to visit and will definitely stay here and have highly recommended it to friends who travel in Europe frequently. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Perfect in every way.

LOVED our stay! We traveled up the tiny "lift" elevator, and Daniel checked us in. He immediately gave us a map of the area and pointed out all sorts of great places for us to visit on the map. Next he took us down the gorgeous hallway to our beautiful room, which included a mini bar stocked with snacks and drinks --as well as an in-room Jacuzzi that overlooked the Duomo! The room was immaculately clean, very quiet, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable and the location was PERFECT -- right in the middle of everything! There was an in-room safe, and a closet to hang our belongings, and TWO suitcase stands. The breakfast included with the room was offsite at a lovely little restaurant. We could not be more happy with our stay here. NOTE: you must pay the hotel tax in cash (not credit card) so make sure you go to an ATM first.
