Good B&B near the train station

Pros: Location, service.
Cons: Add meat to breakfast....
Location: It is about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Duomo, and the tour shuttles are just across the street. There is a supermarket just below the B&B.
The B&B is quiet and nice. The room is enough for the 3 of us (myself, my wife and daughter) and is clean. Breakfast is served into the room. While the food is mostly wheat-based (croissants and biscotti), and fruit, the hot drinks make the breakfast complete (do they serve bad coffee in Italy? Nope, not yet...) The service from the staff is excellent. The location is about 5 minutes away from the train station, which is a huge plus if you are lugging luggage around.
