The location of the hotel is very close to the tram station and it’s a walking distance to city center. The bed is not comfortable and the hotel room seems that has no sounds proof at all as we could hear the conversation of my next room, it’s not recommended for couple to stay unless you don’t care of your privacy, but the breakfast is good.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Fruit juices, tea, coffee, fruit, breads, meats, cheese, yoghurt, pastries, cold cereal, donuts, toppings, and snacks. The beds were comfortable. The shower had 2 shower heads…hand held and a large sprinkler. Toilet and bidet. :) Very clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Great location, walking distance to basilica. Thank you for the top notch service!

If you are a tourist traveling , pls do not waste your money for this hole in the wall. The photo on the internet is not even the hotel. The room is super cramped like a jail cell with broken mattress no amenities. Hotel staff Ahmed and imad used tourist honesty & trust in hotel. They set up unbelievable rates for taxi/uber services as they benefit & has. No remorse. We booked from 8/23/25. - 9/10/25 and left on 8/29/25. Staff made us felt unsafe after we rejected their pressure to book their personal taxi services, harassment’s from these 2 front desk worker laughing, mocking us thinking we didn’t understand their language. Everyday there’s a new pressure for tours package & when we decline the treatment for the stay was so unwarranted & unnecessary. Mattress was broken. Room has 2 bed the size for a toddler, room service was lousy and dirty. I rebook this stay for a family and she stayed several days before I arrived and she, an elder (woman) family also stated everyday they pressure her for additional cash for taxi rides and solicit things she didn’t need. As a platinum member and traveled to 42 international country, I contacted Expedia and told them this HOTEL should be evaluated & removed off of the listing for Expedia. Unsafe hotel, pictures is a lie- nothing like shown in Expedia, front desk workers imad & Ahmed use this job as a coverup for their scams to tourists, they see us as financial resource. Constant daily harassment- Run from here folks!!!

Brilliant service and in a fantastic area. Quick tram from the station and the everywere in the city is within walking distance. You are close to everything bit also a little away from it so you dont feel overwhelmed as soon as you walk out the door. Staff where always friendly.

The staff were all 5+ star: always very polite, helpful and professional. Room and hotel itself were simple and lovely, but very, very clean. Beautiful terraces and yummi Breakfast. Location is insane to all local shops and main attractions, took me 14 minutes by foot to Duomo and 25 to the Main train station. Would recommend and return.
