This property was nice and clean and has a beautiful common terrace to sit on. It is about 15 min on foot to the Academia and 5 more to the Duomo. About a block to the tram - 3 stops to the Santa Maria Novella train station (where we departed for Venicia). Lucia was wonderful and helped us with our tourist needs. Thank you for a great stay!

Check-in was quick, they are a 15 minute walk to downtown/the train station, and they have a nice terrace with a view of the church nextdoor.
