The location is incredible a quiet street right off the heart of tourism in Florence. Your within walking distance of pretty much everything. The apartment is small but has everything me and my wife needed for a home base while traveling around Italy. It was a great stay and if we come back to Italy we will definitely stay again if available. The only few things that didn’t make it perfect were a few mechanical things in the bathroom like a loose toilet seat and slow drains in sink and shower. Also the Wi-Fi never worked during our stay and couldn’t get in touch with our contact to resolve that.

The location is very central. The apartment is 4 flights of stairs up, no elevator, so be aware if you are carrying big luggages. This is the good part...the real problem is that the host does not answer to the phone, never ever, only texts. I had issues opening the front door on the street the very first day, during check in. The instructions sent by email were not correct, i called many times with no answer. When i texted the host, he replied with the same wrong instructions that were sent by email. Like copy/paste. It really felt like there was a bot answering and not a real person. I was lucky only because someone that was living in the building happened to walk out of the door and i was able to get in, otherwise I really do not know what/how i could have done.

Le numéro de téléphone pour joindre l'hôte était faut. Donc hôte injoignable pour confirmer la réservation. L'appartement manquait vraiment de propreté malgré le coût du ménage qui est demandé. Cabine de douche très sale. Beaucoup d'éléments à réparer (revisser poignet de douche, barre de serviette..) Aucune chaine TV disponible, bouilloire qui ne fonctionnait pas.. Dommage, car c'est appartement pourrait être parfait, il est fonctionnel et surtout bien situé. Notre hôte était très sympathique.
