Wonderful hotel. Incredible views from the huge rooftop bar/pool deck. Wonderful breakfast buffet with many hot and cold options. Main level bar is beautiful and the seating areas are both well-appointed and comfortable. Both bars offer gratis snacks. View of the river Arno, Piazza el Michelangelo and more from our room window were stunning. You can literally walk almost anywhere in the city from this location.

I’m from the USA - the hotel was amazing! Staff and cleanliness were top notch. The rooftop! Location! All great. But the bed and pillows ( as most are in Europe - at least in my experience ) were not comfortable at all. I would give them a 2/10.

The location and view was a 10! Never could get internet/wifi. When we would tell the front desk, they claimed they never heard that complaint before. Couple of spiders in the room. No big deal but when they would clean, they left trash on the floor, did not replenish coffee/ cream. For the price I wish we had WiFi at least! The view made up for the bad though.

Great concierge and welcoming staff. Fantastic location being walking distance to all sightsand great views. Very helpful and friendly and good food but couldn’t eat in main restaurant as closed Sunday and Monday but rooftop terrace nice for good food but slow service. Also, pool is just a box and more of a cooling down pit, you can’t swim in it! Nice bar area too and lots of places to sit.
