Property was exceptionally clean and staff were very friendly. Rooms are very small but for one person it was fine. It’s not a luxury hotel it’s a B&B. I did enjoy my stay

Stayed 3 nights in this residence. Limited front desk timing (09:00 to 18:00). Sometimes till 17:00 with the remaining time covered by an italophone housemaid. The breakfast is terrible and includes very very basic food (No eggs, No milk, 1 type of cheese and ham, 2 choices of Powdered mix juice, Bread and croissant seem old and not fresh, No salt and Pepper....etc). What annoyed me is that the check out is set at 10:30 Am. I never checked out at a hotel or residence that early. I was in a Superior room allegedly claimed to have an area of 237 sq ft. In fact, I doubt it much as the room was too small. In my opinion, it should not exceed 183 sq ft. The residence has no outdoor large sign to refer guests to the place. The place is 15 minutes walk to the train station and sightseeing bus stop which I highly recommend to book a ride for 1 day to explore Florence landmarks. 10 min walk to Basilica Santa Maria and many restaurants nearby. My experience in this place is bad and disappointing. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station, the duomo, the market and many places to eat and drink. Check in and check out was smooth, even though we arrived after reception hours. No frills, but it was a comfortable stay for two nights for us.

Nice place. Clean. Easy transit.

Highly recommend this place! Great area of the city, east transit and lots to do nearby. They did come in the room during afternoon and turned off the AC so remind them not to do that. I’d stay here again for sure though!

The hotel had a great location of only a few blocks from the train station and the Duomo within a 10 minute walk. The rooms were updated and very clean. Amazing value.

The room is not too bad itself but the noise is unbearable, at least for me... This hotel is located in a building that has 3 floors & each floor is a different hotel. We were on the 1st floor so it was VERY close to activities down at the street. The hotel is also very close to the market which is very convenient (btw, you have to visit the market & try the food over there) but at the same time, it was very noisy even at late night since the market closed at midnight. We couldn't really open the window even it was so nice out & if you're a light sleeper like me, it'll be very hard. We stayed there for 2 nights & sadly I didn't sleep much. :( The breakfast is a little skimpy, very few choices. It seems like they "limit" 2 eggs per guest since they only put out 4 eggs for us & never refill the bowl. I don't think they serve anything hot but they do have a self serve cappuccino machine for you to use during breakfast time. Overall is ok but I don't think I'll go back since the noise is a big problem for me...

Loved service and room. Would definitely go again.

Matilda was great. She helped with finding places to see in Florence and even called them to see how long the lines were. She was great and so was the room. It was perfect for my daughter, grandson and I because even though it was one room it had an area semi-separated and he could have a little privacy. The shower was fantastic and had lots of hot water.

Booked for 3 nights stay. Other than the poor smell , room was clean and we'll updated. Hotel is in a very busy and loud area. Windows keeps shaking every time a car or scooter drive by. Was not able to sleep after 6am due to loud noise off the street , would suggest investing in double glazed windows.

The lovely woman who runs the kitchen offered to open 1/2 hour to accommodate our schedule. Such kindness! Would be great if the front desk kept a regular schedule. They close at 6pm , which is a bit early and also were often in and out during the day
