Bright apartment, just renovated in a modern style in the heart of the historic center of the city: spacious, bright, with open space living area and two bedrooms each with private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a modern baNon existing or not associated with Kalisi code or incorrect code reminiscent of a delicious wine bar. The rooms are one single and one double, this one with separable beds and a private bathroom with hydromassage tub. Each bedroom has large wardrobe closets and overlooks quiet streets. The apartment is on the second floor, with lift, located one minute walk from Ponte Vecchio on one side and Palazzo Pitti on the other, two minutes walk from Piazza S. Spirito, surrounded by shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Wifi connection and washing machine available. A set of towels and linens bed is available for each guest. The apartment is located in a limited traffic area, it is advisable to park in a private garage.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours daily.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
