Catarina at the front desk was so lovely. Loved having Wild Buns in the lobby bar. In the heat the walk to the attractions was rough, but the hotel itself is nice.

This is one best hotels, if not the best hotel I have ever been. The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to make you stay memorable. They helped with issues not relating to the hotel stay. Which shows how dedicated they are to making your stay amazing. When I come back to Florence I will 100% be staying here again. The hotel is a bit pricey but completely worth it. The hotel is 20-30min walk from everything around Florence. The rooms are amazing and extremely clean. You also do not have to worry about anything. My wife left her jewelry in the room by mistake, out in the open and not a single thing was touched. You can’t say that for every hotel. This place is amazing and I would recommend if you ever stay in Florence this is the place to be. This hotel should be rated way higher than what it is. In my opinion this is a 5 or 6 star hotel! Thank you to all the staff members that made my stay incredible and memorable!!

Property is gorgeous. Parts are unfortunately already looking worn/lack of attention to detail cleaning wise in the room. Bathroom shower was very odd but perhaps that was because I had an accessible room. Staff at reception are lovely but did not have a good experience at breakfast. For 25€ I knew it would be overpriced but one piece of toast, two eggs and a coffee forgotten about for an hour after I reminded two different servers (the first was exceptionally rude about it), was crazy. They still charged be full price and asked for a tip. Will stay again later in my trip but not again after that. Location is pretty out of the way, nice for the quietness but rough for walking to attractions in the heat.

Hotellet er nyt og vi boede pÄ et studie vÊrelse med terrasse/altan og badekar pÄ altanen. Det udendÞrs badekar var super i varmen, da der ikke er pool pÄ hotellet. Med to rum var det et godt valg da vi rejste med et barn pÄ halv andet Är. Der er en hyggelig gÄrdhave og morgenmaden var fantastisk god. OmrÄdet var stille og i gÄafstand til alt, sÄ virkelig en dejlig rolig beliggenhed vÊk fra de mere crowdede gader. De fleste pÄ hotellet var flinke og hjÊlpsomme, men vi havde en dÄrlig oplevelse med en receptionist der insisterede pÄ at vi skulle betale for vand - han var den eneste der i fem dage insisterede pÄ dette. Man fÞlte sig ikke helt vÊrdsat som gÊst i den diskussion, da han virkede sur og anklagende, og hÄber at der vil vÊre bedre klarhed personalet imellem, da dette giver en underlig vibe som gÊst. Ved check out fik vi dog al vand fjernet fra vores regning. RengÞringen glemte ofte at tÞmme skrald og kunne vÊre mere grundig desvÊrre. Men alt i alt et dejligt ophold pÄ trods af at der ikke er pool.

We spent four nights at the Hoxton in Florence and I can't praise it enough. The property itself is beautiful and huge, with lovely seating areas, both inside and out. The rooms are clean, modern, with a comfy bed and great shower. But most of all, the staff are exceptional! We had a slight hiccup with our reservation, but the staff was so accommodating to ensure everything was perfect! I can't thank them enough for their attention and kindness. Beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend.

Title: A Joyful 8-Night Stay That Felt Like Family We spent 8 nights at The Hoxton Florence and left feeling like part of the family. The hotel is beautifully designed—elegant yet relaxed—but it’s the people who truly made it unforgettable. Catrina and Eleanora from guest services were warm and attentive. One team member even walked us to a nearby coin laundry to help us with the Italian Lavarapid machines—a small act of kindness we’ll always remember. At Alassio, the hotel’s restaurant, Francesco served with a quiet grace that reminded us of the late Pope Francesco—humble and full of warmth. And Mattia made every breakfast a joy. Fluent in slang Korean and full of humor, he had us laughing daily. He proudly reminded us that even though his name ends in -a, it’s still masculine in Italy! Our apologies to anyone we didn’t name—only because we couldn’t remember all the beautiful Italian names. Every team member contributed to making our stay feel personal and truly special. The Hoxton Florence was a treat in the city. I had reservations since it was a bit out of the center of the city, but it was really nice to get away from crowds at the end of the night. The city is not large at all, so less than 30 mins from the Hoxton to Ponte Vecchio lets you explore everything in between with ease. Beautifully designed spaces, quirky but tasteful touches in the room, and the staff were all exceptional. My only two points to improve on: * It’s a new hotel so when we went, room service was still unavailable. Understandable, but disappointing as the room service menu was online and looked very promising. * Food at Alassio was not as good as I had hoped, considering how beautiful the space was and how much it cost, especially when comparing options just 5-10 mins away. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again (and at other Hoxtons)!
