We had a great experience here. An elevator in Italy to start off with even for luggage was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to feel like a local in an apartment style building but with the security of having other people on the floor. The room was spacious and efficient. Even had a little mini fridge. Breakfast included was cute for the common meeting area
