Compact but comfortable apartment, one step from the Uffizi and Via de' Neri, a few steps from the Arno in a neighborhood full of life and services. Could be noisy! Great place to stay for those who want to visit the Museums and the city. The house consists of two double rooms, one of which has a half bath; a living room with kitchenette and breakfast area; and a full bathroom with washing machine and shower. The accommodation is located on the second floor of a small historic building, no elevator, narrow stairwell not suitable for those with reduced mobility. There is air conditioning in only one room (the one with the service bathroom).The beds are double and not divisible.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
