"The hotel is a little older but has to be one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. Great staff!"

"I’ll start with the positives air-conditioning was nice and cold in the room and there was hot water. The beds for very saggy pillows were lumpy ironing board was disgusting with stains all over it. Furniture was broken. George didn’t work. A lot of long-term residency seem to be living at the hotel broken down cars in the parking lot. The hotel lobby was closed so nothing like the pictures no continental breakfast nothing the ice machine did work. The pool was only half full of water and closed down."

"Check-in sollte ab 4 pm sein, ich kam triefend nass an, da ich zuvor im Nationalpark in ein Gewitter geraten war. Mein Zimmer war nicht fertig und ich musste mit nassen Sachen bis fast 5 pm warten. Dann sah ich mein Zimmer, es war deutlich kleiner als die anderen. ich beschwerte mich, wollte in anderes Zimmer. Es hieß, es sei keins frei. Am nächsten Morgen sag´h ich aber, dass etliche Zimmer frei waren. Dann musste ich feststellen, dass sowohl in meiner Bettwäsche als auch im Bad fremde Haare waren. Den Vogel schoss aber das Frühstück ab, es war unter jeder Kritik. Eine Papiertüte mit einen halb gefrorenen Mini-Wrap, kleiner Saft und Orange, Müsliriegel. Hatte 4 Nächte gebucht und wollte nur noch weg."

"It started out bad and got worse. We arrived to 3 police squards at front of hotel The room was a DUMP!!!! TV wouldnt come on. Called desk around 830pm, right after we checked in Said someone would be right up. 90 minutes later we called desk to canas we were tired. "Oh, he can come now" . Seriously!? Cant say enough that it is a dump. I have pictures."
