"Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and the staff were accommodating. However, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. We booked a room that accommodated six guests, but only three towels were provided. In addition, there was nowhere convenient to hang wet towels after showering, which made things a little difficult. Unfortunately, we also found a pair of panties underneath a chair, which suggested the room may not have been thoroughly checked before our arrival. We were also disappointed to discover that the hot tub was under maintenance during our stay, as we were not informed of this prior to arrival or when we checked in. The small table attached to the kitchen area only comfortably seated two people and felt somewhat unstable. For a room designed for multiple guests, a larger and sturdier dining space would have been appreciated. Our room was located near the elevators, and we could hear music playing in the hallway area, which was noticeable in our room at times. While we enjoyed aspects of our stay, we felt that the overall experience did not quite represent the value we expected for the price paid. With a few improvements, this could be a much better experience for future guests."

"The reviews on this place are so wrong. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check in, waited alongside two guests who had issues with their rooms. Once we finally got checked in, walking down to our room it was smelly, dirty carpets, dirty surfaces. We opened the door to our dark, humid, hot, smelly room. One window that didn’t open facing an indoor pool. We didn’t even want our luggage to touch the ground, it was so gross. Immediately turned around and left. No refund or anything, just left. Do not recommend at all!"
