Next to the pool you’ll find a gas grill with granite fire pit, surrounded by a conversational grouping of furniture, perfect for socializing outdoors while enjoying the company of your travel companions, indulge in a nice glass or Merlot wine with crackers and cheese around the fire pit as you marvel at the enchanting moonlit night sky.

All the supplies needed for entertaining and general merrymaking can be found in either the home’s screened-in Florida room, featuring a bar complete with wine opener, or the indoor fully equipped kitchen, which comes well-stocked with modern wine glasses, plates, and all the other essential cooking appliances and culinary tools. The refrigerator has ice and water in the outside door ready for partying! Should you need extra ice, you’ll find and additional icemaker in the bar. Listen to music as you sit in the Florida room or swim in the pool via the outdo door speaker system. Take you breakfast or lunch outside to dine al fresco at the outdoor table and chairs located at the north end of the pool – the kitchen offers everything you need to make a complete meal, including a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, gas cooktop, microwave oven, self-cleaning ovens, and 2 dishwasher for easy clean-up. There’s also a trash compactor and garbage disposal in the kitchen, complete with a divided sink and ample counter space. Enjoy meals around the large gals table in the dining room with seating for 8, or set your munchies or hors d’oeuvres o the coffee table in front of the couch and eat while sprawled out on the sofa, reading a good book or watching TV. All of the home’s windows and doors are large missile impact, and the house comes with back up battery lighting for your peace of mind, although it’s rarely needed. Every room inside has a ceiling fan, including the Florida room, which also has an outdoor heater for hose very infrequent cooler evenings. If you decide to do some grilling, you can whip up some tasty barbeque on the large gas grill situated just outside the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen table seats 6 and has an extra leaf for additional room if needed.
You will absolutely love this home’s wonderful location in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Not only is it walking distance from the glorious beach, it’s 5 minutes away from practically any type of cuisine you can think of. Look forward to spending your vacation days walking to the beach, enjoying a nice breakfast at either of the 2 hotels very close by, the Pelican Grand or Sun Tower, before strolling through nearby Hugh Taylor Park, where you can rent bicycles, canoes, kayaks, or simply wander around the scenic park. The Galleria mall offers excellent shopping and is close by. Kilwin’s ice cream in Lauderdale by the Sea or in the Las Olas is must – definitely be sure to try their mouth-watering fudge! You’ll find many restaurants along the Intercoastal just a few blocks away from the house within easy walking distance, in addition to a huge bar that’s open until 1:00 am. There’s a Target and 24-hour Walgreens very close by in case you forgot anything, and there’s a Starbucks on almost every street, handy for those wanting their caffeine fix.
