We arrived later (10 p.m.) after spending an awful, ridiculous 12-hour day at the Minneapolis airport trying to get to Fort Lauderdale for our cruise tomorrow. Jeremiah was great! We were tired, grumpy and he made us laugh and made us feel important. Thank you!

Our room smelled of old smokers. My wife had an Athena attack at 3a.m. Because of the room door. We had to go outside the building into fresh air until she felt better & then the staff found us a less odorous room.

Unpleasent stay with odors and neglected decor

verall, a bad experience. As we entered the hotel, the first thing we noticed was an unpleasant smell. The next thing was a receptionist who could not leave her phone, watching a video even while registering us. Next was the elevator's dirty floor, and as we entered the room, we had a new bad smell to accompany us for the remainder of the stay. To top it all off, we had noise coming from the nearby laundry room. Breakfast is simple as expected, and the lady who serves breakfast is nice and seems like the only person who cares about the place.

Our bathroom door doesn’t close all the way but the bathroom itself appears to have just been redone? It’s fine for a quick overnight, breakfast was good but I wouldn’t stay longer than one night
