I’ve been coming to the Hyde Hotel since 2020 and it never disappoints. Had another great stay over Mother’s Day—front desk was super friendly and accommodating as always. Food and drinks were great, and the vibe is always just right. One of my favorite spots!

The rooms were clean, facilities were nice but elevator and pool accommodations left a lot to be desired. A 15 minute wait, at a minimum, trying to get on an elevator was ridiculous. Absolutely not chairs or tables poolside, no coffee shops or food on site. Valet was good minus not being able to get through on the phone to get our vehicle before getting downstairs and having to wait another 20 minutes after 30 waiting and riding an elevator. So almost an hour to check out and leave.

The elevator issues are real. 3 elevator worked and we often waited 15-25 mins to catch an elevator.

Overall the property is great, staff were very helpful and location is great. The main issue at the property were the elevators, the property was busy and sometimes we had to wait about 20 minute's for the elevators. We had to take the stairs from the 22nd floor, as the wait was too pong for the elevators

Everything was good except the late check in, I have to wait almost an hour and a half because my room wasn’t ready. And the valet parking is super expensive with hidden fees. They don’t let you know that if you check out and stay in the pool after 2pm you have to pay an extra $20 fee and in cash. Other than that the suit and the view was perfect. Paola is super nice and professional. She is the best.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The pools and outdoor area are very nice. You have to cross a busy road to get to the beach, but there is a designated area for hotel guests. They were frequently out of pool / beach towels and they only allow one per person. Overall, our room was clean but the sofa in our room was stained and looked dirty. The beds were very comfortable and the balcony was spacious. They do charge a $150.00 cleaning fee that we were not aware of ahead of time. They also charge a $150. 00 daily security deposit at check in that we were not aware of. The security deposit is refundable but you do have to pay it when you check in. Also, the restaurant was not open while we were there. The bar was open during pool hours, sunrise to sunset.
