🐞 A Note on Wildlife

This home has a common area, so you may occasionally spot small wildlife or an outdoor insect indoors (spiders, ladybugs, ants, bees). None are harmful, and we're happy to help remove them. We maintain monthly pest control and work hard to keep the home clean.



🔫 No Weapons Policy

Firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to the platform and local authorities. By booking, guests agree to comply.



Please note: Due to the high temperatures in Texas, the plumbing system may cause the water throughout the property to run warmer than usual. As a result, cold water may be limited at times, you may notice that water temperatures are higher than expected.



Please keep in mind that the unit can accommodate up to 4 guests; however, it is furnished with one bed and one sofa, and we do not provide any additional sleeping accommodations. If all 4 guests are adults, the space may feel a little tight, so we recommend taking the size and sleeping arrangements into consideration when making your reservation.

Check-in details are provided one day before your reservation. Access is fully self-check-in, we will provide you the front lock code and we have a professional front desk team available 24/7 for any assistance you may need during your stay.
