Not sure why this place charges $4 just to park in a parking space. You’d think it would be included since you HAVE to park, you almost have no choice. Most people show up in a vehicle of some sort that they need to park…oh,and you MUST park in the back. If it’s that important to them that they must squeeze a few more dollars out of their guests, why don’t they just roll it into the room charges. Maybe they do and they’re double dipping. I’ve never been to a self parking hotel where you had to pay for the privilege of parking in the parking lot AND HAD to park in the back. There’s nothing else around. But really I do know. It’s because they CAN. Good riddance

Erick at front desk is awesome! No excuse for the Elevator to be broken and out of service for the 4 different times I’ve stayed there. Carpet is terrible thru out with large ruts. Difficult to pull the suitcases. Fix it!

The hotel was superb! The entire staff was polite and friendly! The only issue I had was someone charged $15 worth of "treats" from the convenience area to my room. It was no one from my room and I didn't receive a copy of the hotel bill. I didn't know about the charge until the payment cleared by bank account. Unfortunately, apparently there is no way to dispute this charge. Perhaps if something is to be charged to a room there is some form of verification to be presented.

The room was clean and the staff was fine except for the fact that no one told us we would be charged for parking. This is wrong! When we called we were told that we should have read it on your website. Very underhanded!
