Entering the home is the formal living area, then takes you to the main living room with smart TV, leading to the game room area with pool table, dartboard, sitting area, bar area, and smart TV.
Full Kitchen with Kuerig Duo coffee maker to bring k-cups or use the carafe as you wish, and entry to garage.

Entire home and lot is for your use during your stay.

When arriving, you will have access to park in the 2 car garage, driveway, and street parking as necessary in front of the home.

Smart home locks so you will only need your custom code for the entire stay, no difficult keys to keep track of or return.

We will be available to assist with anything you need and otherwise leave you fully with your uninterrupted privacy. Access to the unit, check-in & out, and communication will be fully automated with smart locks and a unique access code for a seamless experience! We are a property management group local in Mansfield with over 13 years of property management experience. We will not be in the neighborhood but will be readily available and in the area should anything arise. We will supply you with all the contact information you need to get ahold of us, and we have multiple people on staff so you can be served as quickly as possible.

You will be booking the entire property for you full private use.

PARKING:
- Primarily use the garage and driveway as much as possible. If street parking is necessary, do not block anyone’s driveway or mailbox.

It is required that the named reservation holder is one of the occupants staying in rental, and you may be required to verify prior to check-in.

[Booked Guest Count]
Booked Guest Count must be accurate to the best of your ability, and can be altered prior to arrival. We reserve the right to require correction, withhold access, or cancel your reservation if you arrive with an excess of a guest count, or is otherwise brought to our attention. Necessary accommodations will only be prepared for the listed amount of guests.

[Events/Parties]
NO parties or events unless explicitly granted privilege IN WRITING. You must also acknowledge:

‱ Unauthorized Event/Party: If it is discovered renter has an unauthorized party or event of any kind, renter will be immediately be charged an initial fee of $500 for the violation. This does not include any additional expenses or fees we may incur in an effort to clean/remedy the property back to the condition it was provided to renter.

‱ Demand to Vacate: You may be ordered to vacate the property immediately if we discover a violation of event/party policy, and in this event, no refund will be provided.

[Pets]
NO PETS ALLOWED

[Payment Processing]
Refunds requested by the traveler, and cancellations initiated by the traveler, may be subject to forfeiting the payment processing fee (~3%) depending on the booking platform used for payment that has been collected directly by us. Payments made to channels are will be based on that entity's policies.

[Early/Late Check-In/Out]
Any early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved beforehand. We can only accommodate this if it is not affecting a turnover after a previous guest or a turnover for same-day check-in. If we approve, the fee schedule is as follows:

‱ The renter is responsible for any additional cleaning expenses incurred that are not due to normal wear and tear, or standard use of the rental.

We enjoyed our week in DFW. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied. It was particularly nice to have some basic spices, teas and coffees supplied by the owner. The chairs on the front porch were a nice touch. At one point one of the toilets backed up and couldn't be plunged. The owner responded to our request for help immediately and sent plumbers right away. The neighborhood was quiet - which was particularly nice on July 4. We recommend it highly and would return if we find ourselves in DFW again.

Convenient to everything in Fort Worth/dallas area

Me and my wife and two kids were on our first family vacation and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Conveniently located for us to go to the Fort Worth zoo, Dallas world aquarium, Texas rangers game and LEGOLAND! The house was perfect for what we needed and the communication from the management company was beyond excellent. We didn’t have any issues at this beautiful house it was just appreciated the communication. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit the area in the future!

Loved it

We were visiting for a gymnastics meet in Fort Worth Convention Center. The property was about an 11-15 minute car ride away. We loved the house so much. The firefighter memorabilia was so interesting and really added character to the house. Ther weather was super cold while we were there so we really appreciated how warm and cozy the house was inside. Loved the heaters in the bathroom and the shower was great. The LED lit bed was a hit with my teenage daughter and we loved the led lights in the games room. We loved spending time at the house with our family away from the stress of the gymnastics competition. The game room was our favorite. Our kids are now semi pro darts and pool players lol. Thank you. 5 stars from us!

Relaxing but central location

Well appointed, lots to do--pool, darts, games. We didn't feel the need to go out, we just brought food in and hung out. Easy to get to Dickie's Arena, the Stockyards, and the Botanical Garden. We ended up having to go to DFW a couple times which is a bit of a trek, especially at rush hour. If you are going to a game or concert in Ft Worth or Arlington, it's easy. Enjoyed the stay, would happily rent again.

Historic Home

The home was very nice, clean, and well taken care of. The decor was great. We loved how they incorporated their dad's memory as a firefighter in the home. The gameroom was a hit. Everyone in my family loves to shoot pool so this worked out well. Overall the house was wonderful and so is the host.

Great place!

This is was a great place. Very soft carpets, spotlessly clean. Extremely good communication with great hosts. Right off of 820 and i30, so it was easy to get everywhere. Gameroom was on point, SmartTVs everywhere with wifi. Home included some decorations and a very cool history. I usually don't care about a home's history, but in this case, that was cool too. We stayed for the eclipse, and they even had eclipse glasses for us sitting on the livingroom table. It was a nice touch and you could tell they actually cared about their guests.

Very clean and good location.

Our first time in Texas. This house was very clean and as described. Plenty of room, in a quiet neighborhood. House was very well equipped, better than expected. Location was good and easy to get to Interstate etc. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect location. Beautiful home. My adult sons loved it as much as my husband and I did.

Very clean, great beds, kitchen was nice, game room was a bonus. Hot water in the master bath was finicky but the property manager sent someone out to address the issue promptly. I would vacation here again.
