Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

Friendly and helpful check in. Later, had an issue with the AC and it was addressed immediately. The room was clean and comfortable. Great stay and conveniently located centrally to the things we were doing in the area.

Overbooked

Booked 2 rooms well in advance to our concert. When we arrived they informed me I only had one room. I showed my reservation for the 2 rooms and they just shrugged their shoulders and said “doesn’t matter you just have one room. We are over booked and there is nothing we can do.” I was livid. We traveled all this was for a once in lifetime event. The hotel clerk stated I would have to take it up with Hotel.com. I could not get ahold of anyone at hotel.com for assistance. FYI: this happened to several people as we were all in the lobby struggling to find a solution.

Only thing I can negative about this place is that it has joined the ever increasing list of places who don’t accept cash, with no options. Covid is over, cash should still be an option

Solo Stay

I had a wonderful solo stay for a few nights. The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast in the morning was fresh and yummy. I'd definitely stay here again. PS: There are hot plates available, you have to request it at the front desk.
