Very nice room, clean hotel, close to the event we were attending. The only negative was there were no towels. We had to call the front desk. But they were delivered in just a few minutes.

Yes, Yes. Problem was in the lounge bar area. Thanksgiving night, Cowboys home game. Only two servers for food and beverages, understaffed for the occupancy at the hotel. The two servers did thier very best to assist the guest in a timely fashion. Additional staff was finally called in to assist the servers.

The bed was uncomfortable whenever you book it. It tells you that it comes with free breakfast, but it doesn’t. They told us that our breakfast was gonna take 30 minutes before they serve us so we end up walking out. It’s not worth the money that you’re paying for besides overall the rooms were clean.
