It was easy to see they have been working to improve the facilities, kudos for that. Room was functional and clean, bed was comfortable but the frame may not hold up to a lot of nocturnal activity. Depending on which direction you arrive from you may be concerned about the neighborhood, but the owners have taken security measures. Excellent value.

The room was clean, well appointed and in beautiful decor. Beds were comfortable and shower had surprising high water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very nice room. Will return again.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this motel and the first time we’ve stayed more than one night. It is a fantastic location for stockyards - an uber cost $7. It is so clean and great you can park right by your room. Everything you need for a short stay for very low cost. Clean towels each day, bins emptied and bed made. Huge bed, large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker. There is nothing around the area but we felt safe. I cannot fault this place considering the low cost. If you want better - pay for it! Thank you studio 6, once again you’ve given us exactly what we needed without the huge cost.
