It features with many amenities such as Hot Tub (fits up to 8 people), Mini-Golf, outdoor BBQ dining, fully stocked coffee bar, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs with Netflix, and premium mattresses and beddings for the best sleep.

Welcome to this newly built single family one story home that was completed in 2024. This modern open concept home has 4 bedrooms and 1 garage converted bedroom with HVAC installed and 3 full bathrooms. The hosue is equipped with high speed internet 400 Mbps, Smart TVs in all room except for one bedroom and a smart TV in the patio, and a very entertaining big patio equipped BBQ grill, dining table set, lounging area, hot tub (fits up to 8 people), and mini-golf (putter and balls provided). There’s plenty of parking spaces (6 cars on driveway and 2 cars on the street in front of the house.)
