Step inside and settle into a relaxing home near the pond. The Birdhouse has a quiet, tucked-away feel while still being close to restaurants, shopping, and major roads.

**Sleeping arrangements**

The home sleeps up to 9 guests.

Primary bedroom: king bed with ensuite bathroom
Guest bedroom: queen bed
Bunk room: twin bunk bed with trundle, sleeps 3
Additional sleeping: foldable queen mattress stored in the closet

Fresh linens and towels are provided for every stay.

**Bathrooms**

There are two full bathrooms: one ensuite in the primary bedroom and one guest bathroom. Both are stocked with essentials and plenty of towels.

**Kitchen and dining**

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, mugs, and glassware. Complimentary coffee is provided, and the dining area has plenty of space for meals, work, or games.

**Entertainment and extras**

Enjoy fast WiFi, a Roku TV with complimentary access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, a ping pong table in the garage, and board games for downtime at the house.

**Outdoor space**

The private backyard is fully fenced and offers a quiet place to enjoy morning coffee, unwind in the evening, or listen to the sounds of nature around the pond.

**Convenience and check-in**

Self check-in is easy with a secure keypad. Guests also have access to the 2-car garage with remote access. The home is located near major freeways, making it convenient to reach Fort Worth, Dallas, Roanoke, Keller, and nearby areas.

**Pet friendly**

Pets are welcome. A pet fee applies, so please review the House Rules for details.

**Cleanliness**

The home is professionally cleaned between each stay. Linens are refreshed, surfaces are disinfected, and the home is prepared with care before every guest arrives.

**Things to note**

Trash pickup is Monday. If your stay includes Sunday night, please place the bins at the curb Sunday evening.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the house.

There is no 24/7 onsite staff, but we are always available by message if you need anything during your stay.
