This is townhome is perfect, peaceful, and ideal for a weekend getaway. The outdoor space is so relaxing and private. Close to lots of cute, fun spots to eat and drink. Definitely would book again!

Good, safe, quiet location within walking distance to the causal restaurants on Magnolia. 2 car garage was a plus. The open loft style of the master bedroom to the main level did not work for us. For example, my husband had early morning conference calls, some of our party members went to see the nightlife on Magnolia and can came home late and the appliances made noise during the night. All this disrupted our sleep as there was no noise separation between the main level and the master (tho the bed were comfortable). Unfortunately when we arrived, some of the towels were rolled up and wet. I rewashed them in the washer but the dryer wouldn’t run for more than 5 minutes so it took me turning it back on every 5 minutes to get the towels dry. There were also wet cups in the kitchen cabinets upon arrival. Agree with other reviews that there should be more than 2 towels in the master and the dishes could be upgraded from plastic to glass. We also experienced quite a bit of helicopter noise from the nearby medical center. However, for Fort Worth, it was a nice reprieve to not have the typical railroad train noise. Finally, unlike other reviews, we had poor communication with the host. I started asking questions on a Thursday for a Friday arrival, sent 3 different messages during our stay, before I finally heard back the night before departure on a Sunday evening. Something about the VRBO account disconnecting from their property management system. It was all a little frustrating.

Great placeExactly as described. Great location for enjoying Ft. Worth. Very close to hospital district if you need a place to stay if a loved one is hospitalized. Steps away from great bbq, Tex-Mex, ice cream and coffee on Magnolia. Great host. Very responsive. Comfortable beds. 3 of us were over 6’ and able to sleep comfortably. Good kitchen. Great porch for morning coffee or chill evenings. Private garage for two vehicles. I would stay here again without a second thought.

perfect place for your Fort Worth stay...

I can't say enough good things about this townhouse... everyone loved it... it's cool, stylish, cozy, stocked, private, central to everything, in a safe walk-able area. We enjoyed the balcony every evening. The host has thought of everything... the linens & towels are resort quality, the washer & dryer are convenient and this home is very clean. Directions to the house and appliance instructions are clear and easy to understand (like the fireplace, wifi, and garage opener). The host checked on us by message to make sure we got settled okay, then left us alone. We couldn't have asked for more.

5-Star Location, Condo Could Use Upgrades

The location of this property is amazing, and walkable to all the wonderful restaurants on Magnolia. The owner was responsive and great to work with. The garage parking is a plus. The loft-style master suite didn't work well for us, since my husband gets up early and I am more of a night owl. There is no way to block the noise from the open living room, so if one person is awake, everyone is awake. I would also recommend upgrades to the kitchen such as swapping out the plastic plates and bowls with nicer options, and purchasing a full set of utensils rather than the half-set of mixmatched utensils and plasticware. Last, it would have been nice to have more than 2 towels in the master suite, and some extra blankets and pillows. These are easy fixes, and would take this property to five stars.

Great place in a good neighborhood

A modern condo in a nice neighborhood was perfect for our family on our one-week stay in the area. The location was very close to many eateries, coffee shops, and even a pharmacy. The neighborhood was quiet and very clean. The condo layout was well spread out appropriately to give space to everyone staying there. Hosts were very responsive to guest questions. Nice place!

Fantastic Place to stay

I had an employee event in Downtown Fort Worth. This place was so close and so nice. I enjoyed my stay so much. Bed was comfortable and spent time on the really fabulous balcony. Very quiet and a great place to unwind. Loved it had a 2 car garage attached so I didn’t have to park on the street. It was wonderfully decorated and a perfect place for me. I will be staying there again next time I’m in town. I give it 5 thumbs up.
