Where do we begin? We arrived at the hotel, and the staff was courteous and very accommodating. Lunch and dinner at the hotel was exquisite, the room was clean and immaculately appointed, and our night’s sleep was peaceful. Good location with on-site parking. Entrance, bar and restaurant area are warm and attractive. Checkin was quick and efficient. Our room is on the top floor (we always get the top room!). Our room is quite spacious spotlessly clean, comfortable, and nice.ly decorated.

Lovely stay in Glasgow

The grounds and hotel were lovely, we had great view of the city from our windows. The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful. We had dinner on site and drinks at the bar, everything was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again if we ever find our way back to Glasgow.

The staff was quite friendly. The room I had was quite misleading: though it said “executive” it was far from it. No elevator so 4 flights of stairs, narrow passages. There was no refrigerator, but beds were comfy. A child’s unicorn sticker was left behind on the ceiling. The bathroom was not quite helpful unless all you wanted to do is use water facilities. The mirror was a table top mirror that rested at a small child’s height—so for someone over 40, hunching over to get ready was not ergonomically sound. It appeared an attic space or small child’s room
