DONT RISK BOOKING HERE!! Booked almost 6 months in advance and crossed the country only to arrive and be told they overbooked and absolutely refused to find a resolution or a refund. We were left stranded with no local availability anywhere on the busiest time of the year. No apology from the owner, no help finding another room, nothing. Rude, rude, rude! Completely unprofessional attitude. Choose anywhere else! UPDATE: This place blocks account for anyone offering an honest review. UNPROFESSIONAL

From check in to check out, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel has wonderful charm and is decently appointed. It is close to wonderful dining, both onsite and nearby. It is also close to the train station if you opt to rail to Salem or Manchester-by-the-Sea,
