The front desk staff was very friendly and also let us check in early as we had to change for a wedding and get there in time. Very personable front desk young lady. The bed was super-comfy; the shower was really nice. The room had a dirty sock smell, I believe probably coming from the not so super-clean carpet. I felt the carpet was a bit dirty and therefore smelly. There was a curtain that was not in good repair and could not be closed properly (it did not affect our privacy). The ironing board was very wobbly. No microwave. The breakfast/lounge area was very nice and the breakfast that I had was very good (cheese omelet and bacon and bagel.) Coffee was not up to my standards. But as I said, the bed was clean, cozy and very comfy and the bathroom was very clean and tidy, with a huge modern shower. It was a good experience overall.
