All good except for the hair in the pool. Kinda skeeved my wife out. Our room didn’t have a shower curtain when we checked in but they delivered one within a few hours.

The hotel and property was conveniently located off the highway. The potential of this hotel could be endless. The lobby looks good, but the rooms had a foul odor, and the food area was not as clean as expected. For one of my reservations, the TV stopped working, the shower above the room leaked all weekend, and the night crew was NOT helpful. One of the employees said that one of the other employees was a mean leprechaun and nobody likes him (nothing like airing in-house dirty laundry). The fact that I had to purchase air freshener and disinfectant for the lingering odor was unacceptable. Please update the pics to reflect the changes, because the current pics do not reflect what I experienced during my stay. I expected more from a Wydham chain hotel (long-term member). I hope this input gets reviewed and the hotel gets some additional updates to prevent the type of discomfort my family experienced over the weekend. Concerned Wyndham member

Worse hotel experience ever. The place was dirty, outdated and worn down and didnt look anything like the pictures online. Then there was drug addicts wondering the halls and hanging outside the hotel, staff was rude and barely spoke English… So much more i could say i just know i will never stay here again.

The older lady who is at the front desk in the morning is rude. She Was giving us attitude and was talking about the guest when we were coming down. The night crew is very nice and understanding. The room wasn’t the cleanest. There were hair pieces everywhere in the bathroom and stains on the walls.
