We were really excited for our stay, check in was at 4 and we got there about 30 mins early due to traveling 2 hrs. We totally were fine with waiting until 4pm to check in and when we tried to check in early we were told that it wasn’t ready yet so we would receive a call when it is. Awesome no big deal. Then 2 hours go by and it is almost 6pm and the room was still not ready. We weren’t able to get ready for our dinner reservation properly which really was a disappointment. Finally when our room was ready, we never received a call, just checked in again after our dinner. The sliding door in our room was broken and off the rails which make trying to access our balcony a real pain in the ass.
Other than that, the area is beautiful and the staff was actually really nice despite the inconveniences.

Personally, I would have liked more privacy on the open, connected balconies & thebvlinds in the bathroom needed a good cleaning.

This hotel needs some improvements. Despite a beautiful view from the room, the kindness of the staff, and the proximity to beautiful beaches, the hotel needs urgently internal maintenance such as; painting, new bathroom curtains (ours was disgusting)

Wonderful staff beautiful rooms gorgeous views. Good was amazing. Amenities were great
Service was outstanding and the continental breakfast, cookies and cider available during the day... and the view was nothing short of spectacular... and only 45 minutes from Boston Logan airport.
