This is a great overnight stay. Place has been renovated but is showing signs of wear. Larger property than you think in a good location close to brewery and restaurants. Way better than staying on the highway as you get to experience the actual town.

Older motel but clean. Very roomy. Clean. Bed was comfy. More amenities than I expected: fridge & microwave. TV in room but no signal. Freezer in fridge needs defrosting. But had everything I needed, including coffee. Walking distance to IGA grocery store, and options for dining. Nice view. Easy to get to.

The rate was FAR TOO HIGH. The pet rate was FAR TOO HIGH. Doorknob loose, deadlock broken. Towels stained. Bathroom smelled like urine. Electrical cords sketchy. Very cheap soaps, etc. (one tiny soap).

Staff was super friendly. Moved the pool until the mosquitoes came out. Happy the hot tub was indoors and mosquito free. Room was clean and comfortable. Don’t run the microphone and kettle at the same time. I tripped the breaker and they reset it quickly.
