Kent Narrows Rentals welcomes you aboard Cass-Away. A 640sqft luxury getaway in the Kent Narrows. Fully equipped with a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a magnificent view from the rooftop deck! Come stay and live like a local! With 9 bars/restaurants within walking distance, you can get a taste of what the eastern shore has to offer. Minutes from the Bay Bridge and a short drive to Annapolis, D.C., St. Michael’s, and Ocean City.

Don’t forget to bring your binoculars, the views are magnificent!

Wanna come by boat? Not a problem! We have a 50ft x 16ft boat slip right next to the houseboat that is available for rent as well. Electric can be provided if needed. Please contact us for further details!

We are restricting pets and children under 10 years old on the houseboat due to insurance reasons.

Amazing Boathouse weekend!

Our weekend at Cass- away boathouse was amazing! The views from inside and the rooftop deck could not be beat. The inside of the houseboat is both comfortable and nicely decorated. What a great location to visit all of the area bars and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back for another stay!

This is one of the nicest, elegant accommodations, (if not the best) of any VRBO stay EVER.Kirby and Cassidy thought of everything, even small stools to get into the high beds.Even the welcome book was one the most classy welcome books I have ever seen.This houseboat was super clean and comfortable with everything you need.The Privacy glass on the front door was also very thoughtful.If you needed to get in touch with Kirby or Cassidy they were always very responsive.The best part of this experience was being on the water and the views.We also enjoyed the blue herons, ducks and seagulls that came to visit right outside the windows.Regardless of the weather, you can’t beat this location!We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to stay in this gorgeous houseboat.

Awesome views and new friends!

We arrived on Friday night and all of the restaurants were closed except for 1, Dock House, (due to high water) from a storm. We went there and I overheard a patron talking about the houseboat they were staying in. I explained I overheard her conversation and we are also staying in the 2 bedroom houseboat. After eating a nice meal we met up with our neighbors and their friends and had a wonderful time!

Perfect little escape from DC

We took this trip to celebrate my 48th bday and to get away from the busy life in Washington DC. It is not only a beautiful little boat house but the location is great. We sampled most of the restaurants in the area via walking. We enjoyed our time in the roof top looking at the sunset, water and boats. It was extremely relaxing and beautiful. We hope to have the opportunity to come back.

Kid free getaway!

The houseboat is exactly as pictured online, it is clean modern and cozy. Kirby & Cassidy were excellent to work with to plan our trip. When we arrived we found snacks for us in the kitchen which was so thoughtful of our hosts. My husband loves boats so this was the perfect trip for us while our kids were at summer camp. It was so relaxing being on the water, we enjoyed looking out the window in the morning with coffee and sitting on the roof top deck in the evening watching the sunset. We will definitely plan to book this exact trip again. All the restaurants are within walking distance too, so all around this was a great experience! A few restaurants were very close for driving, Dessert Only was a great breakfast and coffee spot on the water!

Great stay

We had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV, and Kirby was most helpful and responsive, even at 8:30pm! The proximity of several walkable seafood restaurants was handy, and tasteful. The traffic on both road and water was actually entertaining, to the point of getting unduly mesmerized by the drawbridge routine. For a nice touch, a great blue heron flew right under our kitchen window.
