Online check in did not work for the main entrance key pad. Had to re-register at the hotel. Weird smells and sounds all the time. Room was clean and matched the pictures. Decent for location and price but not if you’re looking for a relaxing stay.

The neighbours on our floor were fighting and slamming doors. I almost called the police but I share only because I think the noise could be better controlled within the building-perhaps thicker front doors? We could even hear them turn on their microwave. I expected street noise , just not this. Otherwise a beautiful view, easy to access and we used the parkade which was close and convenient.

It was a good experience to stay. Great location, convenient to go to restaurant and grocery shopping as well as convention centre. Quiet night (5-night stay) except for the last night because of a party by neighbour. The only thing I found difficult is the GE microwave. Somehow, it works randomly depending on a luck, as it was not heating food every time. But it is ok as we were not using it a lot.

The room was wonderful. Spotless and spacious. It's in a great location and easy acces to the room. The "complimentary earplugs" were no where to be found as the weekend proved to be louder but it was the upstairs neighbours that were loudest. Bring earplugs and your own conditioner.

The room had great amenities, we were overall pleased with our stay and the convenience of the location if you are looking to be downtown. However, most of the towels we were given in our room were stained with previous guests makeup, and we are pretty sure one of the bedsheets had a small blood stain on it. That was concerning for sanitary purposes. Luckily, extra towels are available in one of the laundry rooms in the building. We did send a message to the staff just to let them know but received no response. The building is nice and convenient but
