Noise from unit heating system squeaking fan bearing then cycling fridge all night long along with street traffic ….not relaxing after a 6 hrs drive!! Pay for outside parking not covered by hotel? Won’t be using them in the future….

Bed was terrible. Toilet paper was from the dollar store. Froze all night , no blankets. You put heat on and it shuts after 15 minutes. No water pressure in shower.

Great stay and outstanding service Stayed here last week and had a very good experience overall. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, and everything felt well maintained. Our original room didn’t have a great view, so I spoke with the manager and he was incredibly helpful—he moved us to a higher-floor room immediately, no questions asked. The whole process was fast and effortless. Excellent customer service and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Parking is terrible. No place to stop even snd not one person outside hotel giving directions. The club is not worth the extra, limited hours and ran out of food.

The first time I stayed I was impressed with this hotel, I just had to reach out to the manager with our issue abotu gross towels and some other issues in our hotel room last night.Wasnt impressed at all.
