Right off main highway. We went to a huge concert and walked down main street to it vs fight for parkibg etc. It was a 2km, 30 min walk but well lit and busy.

The breakfast was delicious, well presented and priced competitively. Appreciated the availability of cappuccino and lattes. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The pool was clean, modern and the sun shone through the windows on a cold fall day making us feel like we were in the south. We used the hot tub which was in good working order, and were pleased to also find a sauna right on the deck as well. The room was clean, well appointed and modern with crisp bedding and lovely pillows. We commented that a pricier hotel would not have provided any more amenities, and we were glad that we saved the money by choosing this location, close to our event.

The front desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful both at check-in and check-out. Our room was spotless and perfect for our stay. If we ever need to stay overnight in Hamilton in the future, this hotel will be at the top of our list.

We loved staying at this welcoming hotel. The staff were friendly and the room spacious and very clean. The TV had great reception and good apps. My husband enjoyed the gym and the pool was lovely. There was plenty of easy parking outside. Special mention of the restaurwnt staff. Lovely food with excellent service.

Friendly front desk agent, excellent room, very clean. My only issue was the hot tub jets were not jetty at all and that was my main reason for choosing this hotel. Over all it was a great little place to stay at.
