The hotel room was so hot, the radiator was on a full blast. I spoke to reception & they said that they would sort this out. When I got back to my room late a night the room so unbearably hot, & the radiator hadn't been turned off.

The room was filthy and the lights barely worked. Honestly the worst thing was being asked for my passport as a deposit.

It was OK
Pros: The room was a bit bigger than I expected, I think I was given the standard double instead of the small double which was nice. The room was clean, the TV worked, there was a fridge, hairdryer and complimentary tea and coffee. The gentleman on reception was lovely. Cons: the heating was on all night and the room was unbearably hot. There was no way of switching the radiator off so I had to open the window wide to let some fresh air in, unfortunately this meant putting up with the noise from heavy traffic and people outside because the room faces the main road.
