Rooms are clean, really nice team members works morning breakfast and front desk. Has a small exercise room that is clean. Washing machine was not working but service was called next morning. Would stay again.

nice enough overall. Good value. My only complaint is that I arrived for a 3 day stay in the age of Monkeypox to sheets that had been slept on previously. The note on the dresser says that "Due to staffing shortages.... you will get housekeeping service every three days". Normally, if all is well and I have clean sheets when I get there, I tell the housekeeper to give me a couple of extra towels and coffee and then clean when I leave. A small annoyance but.... Other than that, everything was okay but not outstanding. The staff was hospitable. One note, if you haven't driven on highway 190 in Covington, it can be quite confusing and very crowded. The LA traffic engineers might have had a few daiquiris before they came up with "no left turns at lights but go to the double lane U-turn up the road".... it's probably easier to drive in the French Quarter.
