Property was clean and comfortable. 10 friends and family stayed in conjunction with an event in Hampton. Given our group's different travel times, we were grateful the management team were flexible on check-in and check-out times. The whole experience was stress free and easy.

Graduation Bliss

A wonderful and cozy place to celebrate a momentous event with family and the location is great! Brunch at Mango Mangeaux is a definite Must and a quick walk from this lovely home!!! We had a wonderful time!!

Great property in a convenient location

We found everything provided to be as expected. All appliances and other features worked as expected too. We enjoyed our time in Hampton and would recommend this property to anyone. The local food was also very good and we went to several local restaurants.

Wonderful Hampton Getaway

Stay here! That's the review. This was such a great property for our girls' weekend. There was PLENTY of space (3 FULL bathrooms) for a group of 5 to get ready and could have accommodated several more. Checking in and out was a breeze, the area was quaint, full of small businesses, and close to most of the activities we had planned. The house was clean and had everything you could need for a quick vacay. Just as it was listed. I would absolutely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to have a stash of extra towels/washcloths as each guest only had one set for the weekend however that's minor. One of the best vacation rental experiences I've had in a while.

Great Place!

This was a great place to stay while visiting our sailor in Norfolk. Everything seems new and works well. Restaurants and the beach are nearby. The only things I would like to see were board games, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. The host was wonderful to work with.

Beautiful House

The property was amazing! Clean! The decor was modernized and gorgeous! Our family didn’t benefit from the location but that was our fault thinking it was closer to VA Beach but it was 45 minutes away. But other than that I would highly recommend this property. The host Lynn was extremely helpful and professional about our booking and it was a seamless process and experience.

Best Kept Secret is This House and Phoebus!

Our family was getting together for the first time since Covid and we wanted a place near our boat at Old Point Comfort Marina which is walking distance. (Also has a public boat ramp for trailered boats.) Found this BRAND NEW house in the quaint little neighborhood of Phoebus. It couldn't have been more perfect. Gorgeous, spacious home. Lots of parking. 3 large King bedrooms with 3 full baths. Super comfy couch for a large bunch. Well stocked with essentials in the kitchen. Immaculate home. Huge TV's in every room. 2nd living room upstairs with foosball. Walking distance to amazing restaurants ~ El Diablo Loco, Fuller's Raw Bar, Mango Mangeaux. Less than 5 minute drive to Mama Rosa's Italian Restaurant and DeadRise. Excellent meals at every one of these restaurants. Short walk to the water and 5 min drive to the beautiful, free beaches at Ft. Monroe. 35 minutes to Virginia Beach oceanfront. For those who like to enjoy adult beverages, there is a Cidery only 1/2 block away and a nice brewery about 5 min drive on the water in Hampton (Bull Island Brewing) with lovely view of the boats and the water. This is our new favorite destination. No more fighting the crowds at the beaches. I highly recommend this home.

Beautiful house very updated and clean. Love the king beds and Tv's in each room. Not the best neighborhood. Could be a little more stocked with everyday essentials in the kitchen we had to run out and buy pepper but overall kitchen id beautiful and love the open concept.

Very relaxing!

The house was very clean and spacious. It was very quiet inside, closing out any outside noise. Everything was very comfortable and easy to use. The other houses in the area were a little run down, but everything you would need or want to go to is nearby.
