WHen we giot there we were given a room by the lobby and when we entered it smelled horrible, mold on the floor and the TV did not work. We were moved to a room that was a little better, but was still not very clean. Considered moving but did not,

They need a 24 hour maintenance fee

The shower was clogged. When we woke up in the morning, my wife and I were unable to shower. The toilet was clogged.

Friendly staff. You get what you pay for. The room wasn't awful, but did smell heavily of cigarette smoke. Sheets were stained and I found a cockroach on the floor. Shower was not sufficiently cleaned out. That being said, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it provided some sleep after a long day.

Room climate was musty and humid despite having an air conditioner. Room was in desperate need of maintenance. The bathroom door had a temorary fix where it looked like a hole in door and broken latch assembly. The shower turned on but could bot turn the water off. Front desk was indiiferent to my concerns. Was supposed to stay 2 nights but left after 1st night since my concerns were not addressed.

The room only had 2 towels when it should of had 4 for 2 people. There should of been an extra blanket in the bedroom or on the bed. The walls should of been re painted. The air conditioner was broken and should have been replaced . Smelled a little moldy. Should have been cleaned. The rug was disgusting. It was so nasty I had to keep my shoes on. I would like a refund

Meh experience

The staff was unfriendly and dismissive. They we unable to give us extra pillows. The juice machine was broken. We had one positive experience with the night manager our second night there, otherwise we found the staff unapproachable. The room itself though clean, had issues with the shower head and the toilet was loose.
