I absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I arrived, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made me feel incredibly safe. The room was very well maintained. Everything was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully taken care of. It’s clear that the staff really cares about guests having a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We booked this hotel for a weekend getaway to Hershey Park. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall the hotel offered a very pleasant stay.

When I booked the hotel, another family member also booked the same hotel and the same style room. I called the hotel and requested the rooms be together and they were not. Our family members were down the hall. When we arrived at the room, the refrigerator was disgusting and I had to go to front desk to have someone come up and clean it so we could use it.

We stayed in executive suite for 3 nights - room was not cleaned. After repeated requests we could not switch room. there was hair everywhere in the bathroom. Towels were wet.

Hershey Bust!

Very expensive for what is offered. Breakfast is basically a kiosk and a cash register. McDonald’s offers better. Frankly, we felt short changed. For $500+ a night in Hershey, PA., one should expect and get more and some attention to detail. After our room was serviced, coffee maker was overlooked and no coffee available for the next morning, for example.

Pros: great location - it's near Hershey Park and town (with lots of dining options). The rooms are clean and new. Cons: the bed & pillows were NOT comfortable and the hotel was understaffed.
